I poprose to remove the entire Python section from EPEL packaging guidelines.

As pointed out by Mátyás Selmeci, the possible alternative column is against Fedora guidelines. However AFAIK the entire section is wrong, as it does not reflect the reality.

This committee doesn't control the EPEL packaging guidelines. If you see something in there that needs changing, just change it. If you feel it needs to be run by a committee, you can talk to the EPEL Steering Committee.
In any case, I went ahead and deleted the section.

Well, someone has to do it. Technically it doesn't have to be me but I do often move things there when they get pulled from the guidelines because they no longer apply to any active Fedora releases.
