We discussed this on todays FPC meeting.

I'll propose this to https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/package-maintainers/Package_Update_Guide/#_using_macros_in_a_side_tag and than link ti from here.

Unfortunately we also do not always only bootstrap when importing new packages, so I'd remove the fedpkg import bit.
