While translating the packaging guidelines, I found some oddities in the Haskell stuff. The commit fixes typos and Asciidoc markup. -- I hope this is the preferred way to submit such fixes...

One of those times where it'd be nice to know if/what the whitespace changes do. But, eh. Merged.

The whitespace itself doesn't change the view, as far as I can see, but it splits translatable messages. That's annoying for translators.
