Not sure if this is correct, but the current "exception" link does not make any sense IMO.

Also, not sure if the "exceptions" anchor is used anywhere else, therefore it is removed in the second commit.

Anchors and intra-page links generally fared poorly in the conversion from the wiki. Unfortunately I'm sure there are plenty of these around. Thanks for the fix.
