We have a formulaic workflow in docs that requires us to create a mass number of issues. While this is not ideal, it would be nice to be able to script the issue creation with pag while we keep working on our processes.

I'll look into adding a create-issue command for pag.

As shown by issue #19, the PR #23 adds the feature to create issues (title, description, private flag), you must be in the repo (either main or a fork clone) to make it work.
