I just submitted a new issue, and when I pressed "Create", I was very quickly returned to the list of open issues. Since I'm used to *cough* another issue system we use taking a little while to do anything, my first thought was "oh crap, did it just throw away all that writing"?

Then I saw the fine print "Issue created". Ah, cool, it must be there in the list somewhere... let me find it... oh yes, there it is.

I think it makes most sense to go right to displaying the new issue. Alternately, make the "issue created" text more visible, and have it provide a hyperlink to the new issue.
