The "settings" icon is very unnoticeable and easy to miss. I think a better alternative would be to replace it with the full word "Settings" or maybe keep both icon and text such as "⚙ Settings"

Also this is an easy fix so @pingou if you are around can you tag this issue.

I'd like @ryanlerch 's opinion for fixing this though :)
