Good idea, but i think it is not going to be a simple task (from an implementation point of view though :( )

One question on this one is what are we going to define Updated as here:

Would it be commits to the main branch? Commits to any branch? New Issues / Comments to issues? or a New Pull Request Filed? or a Release? or all of the above?

Just remembered that #262 had morphed into essentially this idea.
