#1302 [Pagure CI] Jenkins flag should have build number and animation for processing build

Now we have multiple build for a Pr when any change is made which gets unclear and confusing at times so including build number makes a lot of sense and having a processing build animation will just make the process beautiful .

The last update was 6 years ago, no further requests, updates or actionable tasks since then. Also I think pagure has most of what was requested in the meantime. I'm going to close this issue for now to reduce our backlog.
