Reopen Issue

The "Clear" button is right next to the "Update Issue" button. I keep accidentally hitting the clear button when I want to update the issue. Very annoying. The "Clear" button should be on the right side.

Attached a patch to change the button location, please review.

There is a bootstrap css class that I'd rather we use here.

I have the changes ready here so I'll open a PR with them.
