#1820 can't remove "Blocked" from issue

I've set "Blocked: Y" on a ticket X. Now I can't remove Y from Blocked field, the error message says You cannot close a ticket that has ticket depending that are still open..

However I can go to ticket Y and remove "Depends On: X".

I believe this is a duplicate of #1678 so closing as such :)

I'm not sure whether it is a duplicate. What I'm describing is that I can't click Edit Metadata, clear the Blocked field and click Update. I'm not trying to close the ticket. It might be the same root cause, though.
