So, I have added my ssh keys, and in order to distinguish this key from future other key, I did add a comment to it, like :

ssh-rsa AAAdef...AAA misc@karona/tpm

and then, i wasn't able to connect to the git user with ssh. Removing the comment however made it work again.

Could it be that there was a \r at the end of the key for example?
I've seen some problem with this and the latest release (0.1.14) should fix this.
Could you try again now to see?
