Issue #2229: Upload new-releases does not work for me as a co-maintainer in modularity-testing-framework - pagure

I would like to upload new-releases into pagure repo https://pagure.io/modularity-testing-framework/.
Unfortunately, I am not able to do it.

What is needed, so I am able to release a new version here: https://releases.pagure.org/modularity-testing-framework/

I have separate repo here: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/phracek/Modularity-testing-framework/

@kevin @ralph Do you know where could be a problem?

Only admins are allowed to upload to the project and you seem to have only commit access.
