In Files Changed, for comments added by others, I can edit and delete. And, for the comment added by myself, I can reply and delete. I think this could be a bug. Instead, the correct operation should be, I can edit my comment and reply others', and comment can only be edited by the author.

project admin can edit other people's comment, for example to remove aggressive language so that's in purpose, but there might be more to it :)

@pingou thanks for explanation, it is helpful. What about another issue, why I cannot edit my comment? Only reply and delete buttons there.

That part surprises me a little more, does this persist when you reload the page?
