As of writing, e-mails generated by Pagure look like this:

Message-Id: <fedrepo_req-ticket-[…]@pagure>

However, the domain part should be a domain, not only "pagure". This is e.g. also recommented by RFC 5322, section 3.6.4. Practically e-mail "clients" normally simply use the FQDN of the system they are running on, which would be fully sufficient in this case.
