It looks like the cache didn't get invalidated, odd.
I managed to kick it (force refreshing the merge status) and now it looks fine.

However, this is the first time this behavior is reported so I'm afraid we don't have enough data at this point to reproduce/fix the underlying issue. I wonder if it is not just an infra issue, like a service being restarted when the pushed happened or so :s

I'm going to close this for now but please do re-open this ticket (or a new one) if you see it again!
