#2610 Pagure diff view omits some filenames

When I view the above PR, the first change lacks any sort of notation about what file it is for. See attached screenshot. I am not sure how widespread this is or what might trigger it.

In the above case, the filename is cli/koji.

The page source shows a div that is basically empty where the filename should be:

This is a duplicate of https://pagure.io/pagure/issue/2266

which has been there for a little while but I'm not able to reproduce it locally :(
