Issue #2654: API docs are not linked from main docs - pagure

I cannot find a link to https://docs.pagure.org/pagure/api.html from the main docs page, https://docs.pagure.org/pagure/

The doc should be updated as the document it's referring to in the sources doesn't actually exist.

However, you're right that we should explain where the API is, maybe by just linking this page or by adding a blob somewhere about it :)
