working with smooge just now to track down WHY he could not add me on a package we ran into lots of bugs, not know, it seems, and being handled in backchannel PM's rather than tracker, a test case written, and fixed

sadly, there is no: 'open a bug' link in the footer .. it needs one

There is a link to pagure's sources which include the bug tracker here, imho this is sufficient.

I'm going to close this ticket as invalid. Feel free to re-open if you disagree or if more people think it would be a good idea.
