Today, I added comment "pretty please pagure-ci rebuild" to a PR, but it seems it does not work, no job is triggered in Jenkins.

The pagure_ci service got stuck doing one call, despite it having a timeout specified.
I'm looking more into but I restarted the service in the mean time so if you try now it should work again.

Could you point me to the PR where you added the comment?
