Reopen Issue

I had an infra ticket open in my browser for a long time. During that time it got closed, so I added a comment to thank Kevin for fixing it for me. My comment caused the ticket to get reopened.

This happens if for some reasons the SSE didn't refresh the page (for example if you have too many page open or if for some reason the connection broke). There isn't much we can do there.

Thanks for the report though.
