private repositories are only accessible with Admin privileges on UI when permission is configured Commit or Ticket client receives 404.

Please change so that Ticket and Commit permissions can access the repo on the UI as well.

Also which auth system are you using @kordex ?

I will test on next week, Ipsilon OpenID is the auth backend.
