This url should just show the open 1.17 issues. Technically, I guess it does only show those issues, but it also shows empty tables for each milestone.

Similarly, the active milestone (default) view seem the filter the issues correctly, but includes empty tables for completed milestones.

It seems to be partially better since I filed this. I no longer see tables for past milestones, but if I select a particular milestone (as in the link in the description), I still see tables for the other active milestones.

Also, this url shows nothing:

Which seems odd. I would expect that selecting a particular milestone would override the all/active/no-milestone filter.

@ryanlerch does the new UI solve this ticket?

Yeah, the new UI is different in this manner, but this issues is now "fixed" :)
