It would be nice to be able to mark a ticket as blocking or dependant of another one.

This means:

Closing a ticket A depending of B should close B as well (in the assumption that B was forgotten)
We should have a way to visualize the dependency tree
Closing a ticket A blocking a ticket B would trigger a notification on ticket B

I beg to differ. This is the most important part: closing ticket A should be forbidden as long as the ticket B is not closed as well. Of course, proper error message should be given explaining the situation.
