It's possible to add an emoji reaction to a comment in a Pagure issue, but not the original comment. An option to add a reaction to the original comment is helpful instead of replying with a +1 in a comment. Sometimes I want to add a "like" to a ticket that is helpful or interesting for me, but I don't want add a distracting comment if there is development discussion going on.
