I wanted to add a tag for https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python3

Clicking on Update however goes to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python3/update/tags and that shows error 404.

Deleting a tag goes to https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/python3/droptag/ and that is 404 as well.

Commit d86b5c7b fixes this issue

I'm still getting a 404 on the freeipa project.

It was fixed in 5.3 which hasn't been released yet, so that's expected :)
