#4267 Canceling a rebase doesn't work

A PR was submitted to fedora-module-defaults. When I went to review it, I saw that it offered to rebase. I clicked on this, then when I saw the confirmation I changed my mind and hit cancel. This dismissed the confirmation, but Pagure performed the rebase anyway, against my expectations.
