#5016 Can't delete the last board

If you create some boards, all can be deleted except the last one. If you try to delete the last one and hit Update, you get Request failed.

Reproducer:
1. Go to Settings->Boards and create your first board
2. Refresh the project page, it shows up
3. Go to Settings->Boards, delete the board with a trash icon, hit Update, you'll get Request failed
4. Refresh the project page, the board is still up
