I wonder if src.fedoraproject.org the main repo now is main why pagure.io don't follow the same rule , for me would be less confuse

It is a per repo setting and it is up to each maintainers. On Fedora the
community made the choice to go for rawhide with a symlink to main.
On pagure.io it is up to each maintainer but you have the option to configure
the default branch when you create a new project
