In src.fedoraproject.org, there is the user orphan
who gets ownership of all orphaned and retired packages.
The amount is very large.
Supposedly because of this,
opening page https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/orphan
results in a long wait
followed by 504 Gateway Timeout.

It should be possible to open user pages,
no matter how may projects they own.

To reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://src.fedoraproject.org/user/orphan

Expected result:
User page opens, the huge mass of projects can be browsed

Actual result:
Long wait followed by error message about 504 Gateway Timeout

Additional info:
There is fedora-infrastructure/issue/7655,
one part of which is the complaint
that the orphan page opens, but very slowly.
It seems that since then, things have got worse.
