Attempted operation:
package 'rpms/sphinx' --> go to package 'Settings' --> 'Hooks' --> 'Prevent creating new branches by git push' -> 'set enabled' --> 'update'

Result:

Fatal Error (500)

This is actually a permission issue on src.fedoraproject.org.

I would really appreciate this feature to work again,
however it does not block my work or anything.
