The QA for dhcpcd (psklenar) is on long PTO and I would need to solve non-existing tests for RHEL10 gating.

This is actually not the right place for this. ;) This is the upstream pagure software, you want https://pagure.io/fedora-infrastructure/ for requests about fedora's instance(s) of pagure.

In any case I saw this and did it, so you should now be set.
