Googling 'pagure' takes me to github.com by default, but the issue tracker is closed. It seems this is the official issue tracker, but it should be mentioned in README.md

That sounds and reasonable and like a bug :)

Making this an easyfix, but the README actually needs more fixes (like the instruction to get pagure working aren't quite correct).
