Issue #780: old pagure logo still in the repo - pagure

With the introduction of the new ui, the pagure logo changed, but the svg source of the old logo is still in the repo here:

https://pagure.io/pagure/blob/master/f/pragure_logo.svg

the new logo is in the new file:

https://pagure.io/pagure/blob/master/f/pagure_logo.svg

so we just need to remove the old file.
