#884 Deleted Project still "exists"

Closed: Fixed Opened Apr 5, 2016 by decause.

So, I was a bit hasty in deleting the repository in hind-sight, so I figured I'd just recreate the repo name, and then point to the new project. This is not possible however, because the namespace is still taken.

Expected behavior?

Well it seems https://pagure.io/budget still exists so the behavior there seems to be consistent.

Something happened since this ticket?

Just FYI, this same problem seems to exists for forks. I created a fork, didn't like how it got changed, deleted the fork, try to re-fork, "project exists".

So I think the underlying issue is the same as for #883 and thus should be fixed by #1015.

@langdon if you need me to clean up something for you let me know :)
