Previously, the dropdown that showed when clicking on
your user avatar did not have your actual username displayed
anywhere, This adds the current user's username in a BS dropdown
header at the top of the dropdown.

I'm going to merge this one (after rebasing it) but I wonder if that's what OP had in mind on the ticket #1217

I wonder if #1217 isn't to actually place the username in the bar itself (ie: not in the drop-down menu)
