#1429 Fix creating the release folder for project with a namespace

For project having a namespace the release folder than contains a slash
which means, we need to create two folders instead of one.

so, this will mean forks will now be in a separate folder as well.... :thumbsup:

That was always meant to be the case, I don't think you would want a fork to upload something to the main project, no?
