I wanted to add one more sentence but i am not sure whether i should add it or not.

In the development.rst file, in the 'Run pagure for development' section there is a line which says -
Every time you save a file, the project will be automatically restarted so you can see your change immediatly.

But often i have to press Ctrl+C and then restart the server by ./runserver.py and then refresh the page to see the changes. Maybe this should be brought up to the developers.

@pingou About the question, I had read the line and found it grammatically incorrect first but after i read it twice i found it to be fine the way it was :) Although when i made the changes the comments got deleted :(
