Code wise it looks fine, but I am not sure what the idea/goal is here. Could you maybe expand on this in the commit message or here?

This would allow Go projects hosted on Pagure to just be imported like: import "pagure.io/myproject", as this meta headers tells the Go tool how to get the code for it.

Cool, let's just include this in the commit message :)
