The basic is there and good but I would suggest:

• Drop all the Update to X.Y.Z entries there aren't so interesting
• Maybe find a nicer formatting for the headers?

Like I don't think my name and email are needed, the date is interesting to keep but should it be the first information on the line? Is the day of the date so relevant?

RPM's %changelog imposes a certain structure, but that doesn't mean we need to follow it in this document :)
