Looks like the package has the right provides: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/py-bcrypt/blob/master/f/py-bcrypt.spec

rebased onto c4d10878b2b306b54d3baf61e51fdcd81f42dd3d

well, even it has right provides, I would not count on old names. but it is up to you.

After discussing on IRC and finding out that F27 does not have the new package name, we've decided to stick with this py-bcrypt for now and reconsider this later if needed.
