Shouldn't this use Fedora Bootstrap 1.2.0?

@ngompa 1.2.0 is not yet up on https://apps.fedoraproject.org/global/ so sticking with 1.1.1 for now. The changes between the two are minimal anyway and don't apply to the changes in this PR
