#3675 Fix some master test suite breakage

This fixes a bunch of test suite breakage on the master branch.
It doesn't fix the flask_ui_fork and flask_internal tests, which broke due to the async PR diffs now returning a task ID rather than a message.

I think these were already fixed in #3672 (as i mentioned on IRC yesterday), sorry about that :(
