I need to add some tests for this before we can merge it as I don't understand how the tests passed currently without this...

rebased onto 596bc0151d0a3f6b97b9e3f8fbd8fbf68d5bcd23

So I was able to pin the issue to when we remove a tag which associated with a board from a ticket. I was able to add a unit-test for this and also found a better fix than the previous one I had :)

If jenkins is happy, I believe this is ready to be reviewed :)
