RepoSpanner was an interesting project to attempt to scale the Git
backend for Pagure, but it was never completed and eventually
abandoned.

@pingou, @wombelix Could either of you take a look at this and see if I did it right here?

Also, I don't know how to alembic, so I need some help here with creating a migration to drop the repospanner column (essentially reverting the migration that adds it).
