A few cleanup changes and new items in the issue list:

  • made the unassigned text a little more subtle
  • made usernames not wrap
  • changed the issue number to be in a label, now looks more like the PR list page
  • tags are now shown inline for each issue
  • the number of comments is now shown inline for each issue

This resolves the issues:
