This does a few things to the PR page, including fixing a few bugs I opened for myself.

added extra spacing before the "into"
fix for #675: improved how we show merged/closed status
fix for #674: added a link back in for patch view
fix for #682: made the PR actions a buttonbar

Woah, this one breaks a lot of tests. Will need to go in and fix these. Sorry!

I rebased it against master but indeed, it breaks the tests :)
