#130 Cloud base images fail to compose due to size issue

@ausil asked for this, so here it is. This is a counterpart to RHBZ #1420523. Compose of the Cloud base images in current Rawhide always fails due to some kind of size issue - anaconda complains "Not enough space in file systems for the current software selection. An additional 295 MiB is needed." Per the RHBZ report, this is a Fedora 26 Alpha blocker issue so long as the images are still considered 'release blocking'.
