pungi-wait-for-signed-ostree-handler waits for the commit object to be signed (done by robosignatory) but it does not wait for the ref to be updated to match the commit (also done by robosignatory). In case the 2nd part in robosig fails it would be nice for the wait to also wait for that unless there is some technical reason why that can't be done

Commit 833ba64c fixes this issue
