when doing image build tasks we need to have the ability to specify the release value. it is likely going to be the compose id

It is (or should be) possible to specify release in the configuration and it will be passed on to koji. However the value needs to be hardcoded and specified separately for each variant/arch.

The patch in PR 129 allows to automatically set release to DATE.RESPIN as a first attempt to solve this.
